A very tender, creamy, and fragrant chicken!
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Place the strips in a bowl, sprinkle with a little flour, and mix with your hands to coat them well.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of oil and add the strips, after shaking them to remove excess flour.
Add the water and brown for 10 minutes. Adjust the salt.
Grate the orange zest and then squeeze the juice.
Deglaze the chicken with the juice and let it absorb the flavor for 2/3 minutes.
Add the chopped parsley.
Finally, plate the meat, covering it with the creamy sauce and sprinkle with grated orange zest.
For an extra touch of flavor, use mandarin-flavored oil as I did!
