
Fried rice (yakimeshi) with vegetables and shrimp
A delicious fried rice inspired by Asian cuisine, enriched with crunchy vegetables and succulent shrimp. Perfect for an exotic and tasty lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- Basmati rice
300g300g - Carrots
2units2units - Zucchini
2units2units - Spring onion
1unit1unit - Eggs
2units2units - Shrimp tails
300g300g - Soy sauceas needed

Preparation

In the wok, pour the oil and sauté the finely chopped spring onion.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Add diced carrots and zucchini and cook until they slightly soften (they should still remain a bit crunchy).

Pour in the eggs and scramble them with a spatula, mixing them with the vegetables.

Add the rice (previously cooked in salted water) and continue to stir.

Pour in a small cup of soy sauce and finally add the shrimp (previously blanched).

Let it season for a couple of minutes and then plate with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
