
Anchovies and peppers are a delicious appetizer typical of Mediterranean cuisine. The anchovies are marinated with olive oil and seasoned with roasted peppers to create an irresistible combination of flavors.








Fry the peppers cut into strips in plenty of hot oil (10-15 minutes); remove the peppers and place them on paper towels. Fry the anchovies in the same oil (1-2 minutes); place them on paper towels to drain. Combine everything and season with salt.
