Anchovies and peppers are a delicious appetizer typical of Mediterranean cuisine. The anchovies are marinated with olive oil and seasoned with roasted peppers to create an irresistible combination of flavors.
Fry the peppers cut into strips in plenty of hot oil (10-15 minutes). Once the peppers are removed and placed on paper towels, fry the anchovies in the same oil (1-2 minutes). Also place these on paper towels to dry, then combine everything and add salt.
