Anchovies in a baking dish are a classic appetizer of Mediterranean cuisine. They are prepared with very fresh anchovies, chopped parsley, and crispy breadcrumbs, seasoned with olive oil and white wine vinegar. This recipe is simple to prepare and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
It's a quick but very tasty way to cook anchovies
Wash well and remove the heads from 20 very fresh anchovies
Arrange them in a baking dish side by side
Sprinkle them with plenty of chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, moisten them with oil and finally with white wine vinegar
Bake them in the oven and serve them very hot
