
Bagnun of anchovies is a traditional appetizer from Liguria made with anchovies marinated in olive oil and served on toasted bread. It is a dish with an intense, rich flavor that appeals to lovers of seafood.










Lightly brown minced garlic and chopped onion in olive oil in a clay casserole
Peel the tomatoes, chop them and add them to the sauce
Add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, adding part of the wine
Layer the anchovies, moisten them with the remaining wine, adjust salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and cook for another 10 minutes
Serve in individual bowls with toasted bread
