Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain them, and slice them without removing the skin
Wash the anchovies, clean and debone them, then dry them
Wash the tomatoes and slice them
Grease a baking dish, cover the bottom with a layer of potatoes; continue with a layer of anchovies and one of tomatoes; repeat until all ingredients are used up
