Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain them, and slice them without removing the skin
- STEP 2 OF 7
Wash the anchovies, clean and debone them, then dry them
- STEP 3 OF 7
Wash the tomatoes and slice them
- STEP 4 OF 7
Grease a baking dish, cover the bottom with a layer of potatoes; continue with a layer of anchovies and one of tomatoes; repeat until all ingredients are used

When alternating the layers, remember each time to season them with a drizzle of olive oil and a bit of thyme

Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for half an hour at 200 degrees

Ten minutes before the cooking time is up, remove the aluminum foil
