Clean the artichokes and cut them in half
Place them in a saucepan with the oil, half a glass of water, salt and pepper and cook until tender
Drain them and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish
Mix together the Grana, chopped garlic and parsley and sprinkle this mixture over the artichokes
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes
