
Asparagus Crepes

350G - Liquid cream
100G - Grated grana cheese
50G - Nutmegas needed
Preparation

Prepare the batter by whisking together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper

Steam the asparagus tips, blend them in a mixer, and combine with ricotta, then season with salt and pepper

Cook the crepes in a buttered pan

Fill them with the asparagus mixture and place them in a buttered baking dish
