Clean and wash the baby octopuses
Sauté the finely chopped shallot in the oil; add the baby octopuses and cook for a few minutes over high heat; season with salt and pepper; deglaze with the wine and when it has evaporated add the crushed tomato pulp
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
