Soak the bread in 100 ml of water, mix in the meat, egg, salt, and pepper
Mix well without overworking
Form 8-10 meatballs
Remove the rind from the bacon and wrap a slice around each meatball, securing it with a toothpick if necessary
Place the meatballs in two rows on a greased baking tray
Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
