Soak the bread in 10 cl of water, mix with ground meat and egg, season with salt and pepper
Mix well without overworking
Form 8-10 meatballs
Remove the rind from the bacon and wrap a slice around each meatball, securing it with a toothpick if necessary
Place the meatballs in two rows in a greased baking dish
Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
