Oven-baked chicken rolls are a delicious traditional Italian dish. The chicken breast is stuffed with garlic and rosemary, breadcrumbs, and cheese for a simple yet flavorful filling.

Prepare a mixture of rosemary and garlic and combine it with the breadcrumbs. Mix and stuff the chicken slices with this mixture.
Add some cubes of melting cheese and roll them up. Seal with toothpicks and place in a baking dish.
Add a pinch of salt, a generous drizzle of oil, and pour in the white wine. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, static, until the meat is well browned and the liquids evaporate.
Serve hot after removing the toothpicks.
