
Baked Cod is a simple and delicious second fish course. The cod is baked with a crunchy coating of grated Parmesan cheese and flavored with fresh basil and parsley. Its preparation is quick and the result is a light and tasty dish, perfect to serve to the whole family.








Boil the cod for 10 minutes in boiling water
Cut it into pieces and flour it
Arrange the pieces in a buttered baking dish, season with pepper and 4 generous handfuls of grated Parmesan
Pour in the milk until everything is covered and sprinkle with a mixture of basil and parsley, a few butter flakes, and 2 tablespoons of oil
Place in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes
Remove from the oven, spray with lemon juice, and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes
