Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Slice the turkey breasts and pound them with a meat tenderizer

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Dip the slices in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Fry the cutlets in butter until golden and season with salt at the end of cooking

    Place them in a buttered baking dish, top each cutlet with a slice of ham, sprinkle with Parmesan, and dot with butter
