Slice the turkey breasts and pound them with a meat mallet
Dip the slices in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs
Fry the cutlets in butter, browning and salting them at the end of cooking
Place them in a greased baking dish, lay a slice of ham on each cutlet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dot with butter flakes
Put the cutlets in a very hot oven until the butter is melted and the parmesan is golden
