Slice the turkey breasts and pound them with a meat mallet
Dip the slices in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs
Fry the cutlets in butter until golden and salt them at the end of cooking
Arrange them in a buttered baking dish, place a slice of ham on each cutlet, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and dot with small pieces of butter
Place the cutlets in a very hot oven until the butter is melted and the parmesan is golden
