Cut the fennel into wedges and place them in an oiled baking dish; sprinkle the carrot and celery cut julienne and the onion sliced very thinly on top
Moisten with a ladle of bouillon, season with salt and pepper, cover with aluminum foil
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
