Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and place them on a tray, generously sprinkling them with the aromatic bread mix, pressing to ensure it adheres well to the meat; season them with 1 tablespoon of oil and small pieces of butter, then place them in an oven already heated to 200 degrees for about 12 minutes.
