

Baked grouper is a tasty fish main course typical of Mediterranean cuisine. This recipe calls for a 1000 g grouper, which is baked with an aromatic sauce made from white wine, lemon, red chili pepper and capers. The result is a dish with a delicate and slightly spicy flavor, perfect to serve for lunch or dinner.












Thoroughly clean the grouper, gut it and pat it dry
Put three tablespoons of oil in a baking dish
Place the fish in it, seasoning it with salt and pepper inside and out
Brush it with plenty of oil, moisten it with a glass of white wine and sprinkle it with the juice of half a lemon, strained through a sieve
Put the dish into a preheated oven at 180°C and let it cook for fifteen minutes
Add two tablespoons of whole capers and the broken-up chili pepper
