Carefully clean the grouper, gut it, and dry it
Put three tablespoons of oil in a baking dish
Place the salted and peppered fish inside and out
Brush it with abundant oil, wet it with a glass of white wine, and sprinkle it with the juice of half a lemon filtered through a strainer
Put the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and let it cook for a quarter of an hour
Add two tablespoons of whole capers and the broken chili
