Baked grouper is a tasty fish main course typical of Mediterranean cuisine. This recipe uses a 1000 g grouper, which is baked with an aromatic sauce made from white wine, lemon, red chili pepper, and capers. Carefully clean the grouper, gut it, and dry it
Place three tablespoons of oil in a baking dish
Lay the fish in it, salted and peppered inside and out
Brush it with plenty of oil, pour a glass of white wine over it, and sprinkle it with the juice of half a lemon, strained through a sieve
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and let it cook for a quarter of an hour
Add two tablespoons of whole capers and the chopped chili pepper
