
Baked Lavarelli is a simple and delicious fish main course. The lavarelli are flavored with butter, lemon juice, sage and aged grated cheese, then baked until golden and slightly crisp. Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.





Clean, gut, dry, salt and flour 4 lavarelli of 200 g
each
Arrange them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of aged grated cheese and season with a pinch of chopped sage and a little black pepper
Moisten them with 60 g of melted butter and the juice of 1 lemon
Cover everything with aluminum foil and place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes
Serve them hot
