Baked Lavarelli is a simple and delicious fish main course. The lavarello fillets are flavored with butter, lemon juice, sage, and aged grated cheese, then baked until golden and crispy. Serve hot with a splash of fresh lemon juice.
Wash, gut, dry, salt, and flour 4 lavarelli of 200 g each
Place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of aged grated cheese, and season with a pinch of chopped sage and a little black pepper
Drizzle with 60 g of melted butter and the juice of 1 lemon
Cover everything with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve them hot
