Chop the meat, add the béchamel, Parmigiano, the egg and the chopped basil
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, form many small round meatballs and push 4 pine nuts into each one
Heat the butter with the sage and add the meatballs
Place in the oven, occasionally baste with the cooking butter and remove when golden brown
