Take the bread, slice it and remove the crust, then soak the crumb in the milk.
Place the ground beef and ground pork in a large bowl. Chop the parsley and add it to the meat, add the Grana Padano, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Squeeze the bread crumb and add it to the mixture.
Knead with your hands until you obtain a soft and uniform mixture. Shape it into a cylinder and let it rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes wrapped in baking paper.
Brush the meatloaf with extra virgin olive oil and preheat the oven to 180°. Bake the meatloaf in an oiled baking tray, optionally adding potatoes for the side dish.
Cook for about an hour, checking the cooking and turning the ingredients.
Serve the meatloaf with a side of roasted potatoes for a complete and delicious dish.
