Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Place some washed vine leaves in a baking dish, lay the cleaned mushroom caps on top, pour half of the oil and salt
- STEP 2 OF 3
Chop the mushroom stems with garlic and parsley and fill the caps
- STEP 3 OF 3
Sprinkle with the remaining oil and oregano, bake for about 30 minutes and serve
