Baked polenta is a typical dish of Italian cuisine, particularly widespread in the north of the country. It is a tasty variant of classic polenta, enriched with cooked ham and very thinly sliced fontina cheese. Its flavor is further enhanced by the grated parmesan cheese, which melts on the surface during baking. This delicious dish is perfect to enjoy in the colder seasons when you crave a warm and comforting comfort food.

Cut the polenta into slices about 1 cm thick, arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, and place the cooked ham and fontina cheese on top.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 6/8 minutes
