Preparation

Detach the cap and stem from the porcini mushroom

Cut the stem in half and slightly score the inner parts
- STEP 3 OF 4
Chop 2 cloves of garlic and parsley, then add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to the mixture
