

Baked Porcini are a delicious and simple side dish to prepare. The porcini mushrooms, flavored with garlic and parsley, are roasted until golden and irresistible. Perfect to serve alongside roasted meats or as a vegetarian dish.
Separate the cap and stem of the porcini
Cut the stem in half and lightly score the inner parts
Chop 2 cloves of garlic and parsley, then add to the mixture 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Season the cut surfaces of the mushroom with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C
