
Baked Potatoes in Foil
Baked potatoes in foil are a delicious and original side dish, perfect for enhancing your meals. The potatoes are cooked inside an aluminum foil packet along with goat cheese, olive oil, and pepper. Preparation

Carefully wash the potatoes, dry them with paper towels, and wrap them individually in aluminum foil.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Grill them for about 1 hour, then remove the foil, cut them in half without separating them, and stuff them with goat cheese (previously creamed).

Next, place them in an oiled baking dish and bake in a very hot oven for about 3-4 minutes.

Finally, lay them on a bed of arugula and serve, sprinkling with pepper and drizzling with a little extra virgin olive oil.
