

Baked potatoes wrapped in foil are a delicious and original side dish, perfect to enhance your meals. The potatoes are cooked inside a foil wrap along with goat cheese, olive oil, and pepper. At the end of cooking, arugula is added for a touch of freshness. A true delight to be enjoyed warm and melting.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry them with paper towels, and wrap them individually in sheets of aluminum foil
Grill them for about 1 hour, then remove the foil, cut them in half without separating them, and stuff them with goat cheese (previously whipped into a cream)
Next, place them in a greased baking dish and bake them in a very hot oven for about 3-4 minutes
Finally, lay them on a bed of arugula and serve them sprinkled with pepper and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
