Baked pumpkin is a delicious and colorful side dish perfect for accompanying meats and fish. Trim the pumpkin and cut it into even slices about 1.5 centimeters thick
Coat the slices in flour, shake off the excess and arrange them in a baking dish greased with 2 tablespoons of oil
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary leaves; then finish with a drizzle of oil
Bake at 200°C for about 1 hour or until the pumpkin forms a golden crust
Remove from the oven, let cool for about 5 minutes and serve
