  • Extra-virgin olive oil
    Extra-virgin olive oil5tablespoons
  • Rosemary2sprigs
  • Flour2tablespoons

    Trim the pumpkin and cut it into even slices about 1.5 centimeters thick

    Coat the slices in flour, shake off the excess and arrange them in a baking dish greased with 2 tablespoons of oil

    Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary leaves; then finish with a drizzle of oil

    Bake at 200°C for about 1 hour or until the pumpkin forms a golden crust
