Preparation

    Make incisions in several places on the ribs and insert slices of peeled garlic into the cuts

    Place them in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil

    Add the rosemary and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour and a quarter until the meat is tender and well browned
