Preparation

Boil the Swiss chard in salted water, drain, chop, and sauté in butter
- STEP 2 OF 3
Then make a béchamel sauce with butter, flour, and milk, mix in the Swiss chard and Parmigiano Reggiano, add the eggs and salt
- STEP 3 OF 3
Place the mixture in a buttered mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
