- Lamb's lettuce

Preparation

Cook the pumpkin in salted boiling water and separately cook the rice

Mix the blended pumpkin and rice with the Grana cheese and ricotta

Season with salt and pepper

Knead the flour with lukewarm water, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt

Roll out the dough, cut into squares, and fill them with the previously prepared mixture
