
Beans with parsley and onions are a delicious side dish typical of Italian cuisine. This simple yet flavorful dish is perfect to accompany meats and fish. Frozen beans are cooked with onions, wine vinegar, olive oil, capers, and parsley, creating a unique combination of flavors. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste.












Cook the beans in plenty of salted water and let them boil for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and parsley
Then in a small pot with some oil and vinegar, cook both the chopped onion and parsley for 10 minutes
Remove from heat, add the capers and pour the sauce onto the drained beans
Adjust with salt and let cool a bit before serving
