

Beans with parsley and onions are a delicious side dish typical of Italian cuisine. This simple but flavorful dish is perfect to accompany meats and fish. Cook the beans in plenty of salted water and simmer for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and parsley
Then, in a small saucepan with some oil and vinegar, let the chopped onion and parsley cook for 10 minutes
Remove from the heat, add the capers and pour the sauce over the drained beans
Adjust salt and let cool a little before serving
