
Anchovy beef meatballs are a delicious and flavorful dish, perfect as an appetizer or main course. The minced beef is enriched with anchovy fillets, fresh parsley, and grated cheese, creating an irresistible mix of flavors. Finely chop a bunch of parsley, garlic, anchovy fillets and add them to the meat
Soften the mixture with the yolk and the bread soaked in milk and well squeezed, grated cheese, salt and pepper
Mix everything well and form eight to ten meatballs
Slightly flatten them
Coat them in very fine breadcrumbs
Grease the bottom of a pan with a little oil and brown the meatballs over high heat for one minute on both sides
Cover and continue cooking for about ten minutes over low heat
