Beef meatballs with anchovies are a delicious and flavorful dish, perfect as an appetizer or main course. Finely chop a bunch of parsley, the garlic, and the anchovy fillets, and add them to the meat
Soften the mixture with the egg yolk and the bread roll crumbs soaked in milk and well squeezed, the grated cheese, salt, and pepper
Mix everything well and form eight to ten meatballs
Flatten them slightly
Coat them in fine breadcrumbs
Lightly oil the bottom of a pan and brown the meatballs over high heat for one minute on each side
Cover and continue cooking for about ten minutes over low heat
Serve them hot with buttered spinach
