Preparation

Chop an onion, add it to the meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix

Form small meatballs and coat them with flour

Melt the butter in a pan, place the meatballs in it, and cook them

When they are ready, remove them from the heat and keep them warm

In the same butter, sauté the chopped onion, deglaze with wine and broth, add finely chopped parsley, and let it thicken
