Braised steak is a tasty and succulent dish, perfect for meat lovers. It is prepared with beef steaks braised slowly in a delicious brown stock enriched with speck, onions, garlic, and paprika. The result is soft, flavorful meat, perfect to enjoy with vegetable sides or mashed potatoes.

Tenderize the steaks, add salt and pepper, quickly fry them in hot oil on both sides and stack them in a pan like roof tiles
Fry the leftover fat with the speck cut into strips and the thinly sliced onions, turn it off with white wine, add the tomato paste, garlic, and paprika, pour the brown stock over it and boil with a lid on
Just before the steaks become tender, add the still crunchy ratatouille, wait 5 minutes, and season.
