
Bucatini with garlic is a simple and tasty dish typical of Italian cuisine. It is a first course based on bucatini pasta seasoned with garlic, Pomodori Perini, parsley, toasted Pane Toscano breadcrumbs, olive oil, chili pepper and salt. It is an easy dish to prepare and requires only a few ingredients, but the result is full of flavor. Perfect for a quick and tasty meal!







Cut the tomatoes into slices about 1/2 cm thick
Finely chop the garlic and cook it over low heat until golden in 1/2 glass of oil with a pinch of chili pepper
Add the tomatoes, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of chopped parsley and cook over high heat for 5 minutes
Cook the pasta very al dente, drain it, add it to the tomatoes in the pan and finish cooking
Top the pasta with the chopped bread crumb toasted in oil
