

Cabbage with potatoes is a traditional Italian dish that combines the sweetness of cabbage with the creaminess of potatoes. Perfect as a side dish for meat and fish.
Wash the leaves of the cabbage.
Sauté the onion or shallot in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, fry for a few minutes. Add salt and add a tablespoon of dried rosemary, cook for 15 minutes, adding little water at a time to prevent sticking.
Finely chop the cabbage and add it to the pot along with the chopped parsley and a glass of water.
