Cabbage with potatoes is a traditional Italian dish that combines the sweetness of cabbage with the creaminess of potatoes. Perfect as a side dish for meats and fish.
Wash the cabbage leaves.
Sauté the onion or shallot in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into chunks, sauté for a few minutes. Add salt and a tablespoon of dried rosemary, cook for 15 minutes. Add a little water at a time to prevent sticking.
Finely chop the cabbage and add it to the pot along with the chopped parsley and a glass of water.
