Calabrian-style salted cod is a traditional dish from the Calabria region, prepared with softened salted cod and seasoned with a delicious sauce made from tomatoes, onion, celery, pine nuts, and sultana raisins. Sauté the coarsely chopped celery and onion; add the tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes over moderate heat
Add the pieces of salted cod and continue cooking over low heat
After 20 minutes, finish with pine nuts, raisins, and olives
Serve with slices of toasted bread
