Boil the rice in salted boiling water
Drain it and cool it under running water
Butter a baking dish and arrange the rice in it, then place it in a moderately hot oven
Soak the mushrooms in warm water, chop them, and sauté them in a pan with a little oil and the peeled tomatoes
Shell the shrimp, wash them, and cut them into pieces
Cut the chicken and ham into strips and cook everything for about 10 minutes in the mushroom sauce
Combine it with the rice and put it back in the oven
Beat an egg with a fork and add salt to it
Heat a little oil and pour in the beaten egg
Prepare a very thin omelet on both sides.
Then remove it from the heat, roll it up, and cut it into strips
