Cook the rice in boiling salted water
Drain it and cool it under running water
Grease a baking dish and place the rice in it, then bake in a moderate oven
Soak the mushrooms in warm water, chop them and sauté in a pan with a little oil and peeled tomatoes
Shell the shrimp, wash them and cut them into pieces
Cut the chicken and ham into strips and cook everything for about 10 minutes in the mushroom sauce
Combine it with the rice and bake again
Beat an egg with a fork and add salt

Prepare a very thin omelet well cooked on both sides. Then remove it from the heat, roll it up and cut it into thin strips
