Boil the potatoes in salted water
In another pot, boil the celery with some of its green leaves in salted boiling water
When cooked, pass it through a food mill
Prepare the potato purée with butter and milk
Mix the potato purée with the celery purée
Add chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano cheese, cream, salt, and pepper
Beat well to obtain a light purée
Serve hot
