Cheesy gnocchi are a tasty and creamy first course, perfect for cheese lovers. The potato pasta is enriched with slices of cheese and a delicious cream sauce with grated Grana cheese. Everything is then gratinated in the oven to obtain a golden, crispy crust.

Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water; as they come to the surface, drain them and place them in a buttered ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with grated Grana cheese, pour over the cream, top with the slices of cheese, bake for about 5 minutes and serve piping hot.
