Preparation

Defrost the dough

Prepare the filling: Mash the cheese with a fork and mix in a beaten egg with parsley, salt, and pepper

Stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth

Roll out the dough thinly, cut into squares about 10 cm on each side, and distribute the mixture

Fold the dough into pockets, brush with beaten egg, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
