
Cheese Fagottini are delicious appetizers made with pizza dough filled with Quartirolo cheese, chopped parsley, and eggs. They are fried in olive oil until golden and crispy. Perfect to serve as snacks or appetizers.














Prepare the filling: Mash the cheese with a fork and add a beaten egg with parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix well with a wooden spoon until the mixture is homogeneous
Roll out the dough thinly to create squares of about 10 cm on each side and divide the mixture between them
Close the dough into fagottini, brush with the beaten egg, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
