Prepare a mixture with pieces of fontina cheese, a bit of milk, beaten egg yolk, salt, and pepper; mix until you get a thick and homogeneous mixture
Spread a sheet of puff pastry in a baking tray and place the mixture you just prepared on top, then cover with another sheet of puff pastry
