Lightly pound the chicken breasts, coat them in flour and brown them in oil
Place them in another pan with a little hot broth, moisten with the wine and let it evaporate
Salt, add the chopped cured ham, pepper and the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add the cream and more hot broth and continue cooking, covered, for about 5 minutes
