Break a chicken weighing about 1000 g and brown it in 50 g of lard with 2 coarsely chopped onions
Season with salt, hot paprika, and a tablespoon of cumin seeds
Cook slowly for 30 minutes
Then add 400 g of cubed potatoes and the pulp of 3 tomatoes
Moisten with a little hot water, cover, and continue cooking until the potatoes are done
Adjust with salt and serve
