Cut the chicken breasts into 4 pieces and place them with the thighs in a pan with a bit of oil and butter
Add 2 cloves of garlic, onion, sliced carrot, salt, pepper, and plenty of rosemary
Sauté well on all sides, cover, and lower the heat
Turn occasionally, cooking for 30-40 minutes
