The meatballs are made with chicken baby food, egg yolk, egg white, grated Parmesan cheese and crumbled grissini. They are baked in the oven for a lighter and healthier cooking.
Pour the contents of one jar of chicken baby food into a small bowl: add half a yolk and half an egg white, one tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and a little crumbled grissini to obtain a fairly firm mixture
Mix well with a fork and form 4 small meatballs
Place them on a plate covered with another plate and steam for about 15 minutes above a saucepan half-filled with boiling water
