Clean the chicken, wash it, cut it into pieces and sauté it in a pot with rosemary and oil
Brown it over low heat, lightly salt it halfway through cooking, remove the pieces of chicken from the pot and set them aside
In a bowl, prepare a mixture of garlic and anchovies, add the vinegar, add it to the cooking base and return the chicken to the pot
Let it cook for 40 minutes over low heat
