Preparation

Clean the chicken, wash it, cut it into pieces, and brown it in a pot with rosemary and oil
- STEP 2 OF 4
Let it brown over low heat, lightly salt it halfway through cooking, remove the chicken pieces from the pot, and set them aside

In a bowl, prepare a mixture of garlic and anchovies, add the vinegar, add it to the cooking base, and put the chicken back in the pot
