

Chicken with Juniper is a tasty meat dish typical of the Tuscany region. Clean the chicken, singe it, wash and dry it
Open it and flatten it slightly, then stuff it with the peeled lemon, sliced garlic, and washed berries; salt and pepper
Recompose the chicken, tie it, salt it externally, and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
Cook for 40 minutes
Remove it from the oven, turn it over and cook for another 20 minutes
Un tie it, remove the lemon and garlic, and serve hot, cut into pieces
