
Juniper Chicken is a tasty meat dish, typical of the Tuscany region. The chicken is prepared with a mix of herbs and spices, including juniper, which gives it an intense and slightly spicy flavor. Clean the chicken, singe it, wash and dry it
Open it and slightly flatten it, then stuff it with the peeled lemon, sliced garlic, and washed berries; salt and pepper
Recompose the chicken, tie it, salt it externally, and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees
Cook for 40 minutes
Take it out of the oven, turn it over and cook for another 20 minutes
Unravel it, remove the lemon and garlic, and serve hot cut into pieces
