Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces
Rub it with salt and pepper and brown it in oil in a saucepan
Add the tomato conserve and chili and cover with water
Bring to a boil and then lower the flame and cook very slowly
After about 20 minutes add the olives and cook the chicken until the meat separates well from the bones
