
Chicory in a pan is a tasty and simple side dish to prepare. This slightly bitter-flavored vegetable is sautéed with garlic and olive oil, enriching any dish with its unique taste.





Clean the greens and boil them for 15 minutes in salted water
Drain and squeeze well
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the crushed garlic; add the chicory, salt and plenty of pepper
Cook over high heat for a few minutes, then lower the heat, cover the pan and let it simmer to absorb the flavors for 5-10 minutes
