

Cicoria in padella is a tasty and simple side dish to prepare. This vegetable with a slightly bitter taste is sautéed in a pan with garlic and olive oil, enriching every dish with its unique flavor.









Clean the vegetable and boil it for 15 minutes in salted water
Drain it and squeeze it well
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the crushed garlic and anchovies, add the chicory, salt, and abundant pepper
Cook over high heat for a few minutes then lower the flame, cover the pan and let it flavor for 5-10 minutes
