Preparation

Heat the oil in a large pan and when it's hot, add the onions and ginger and let them cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously

At this point, add the carrot, bell pepper, peas, and celery stalk

Stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes

Then pour in the water and a few drops of soy sauce

Mix well so that all the ingredients are flavored with the soy sauce and leave on the heat, possibly increasing the flame until the water boils
