
Clam Soup is a delicious Mediterranean dish typical of Italian cuisine. Frozen clams are cooked together with garlic, chili pepper, parsley, celery, green pepper, and peeled tomatoes, all seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Once ready, the soup is served with slices of stale bread to accompany the tasty clam broth.





Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with garlic and chili pepper
Add the clams and let them flavor
In a terracotta pot heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add a mixture of parsley, green pepper, celery, and peeled tomatoes
Salt, sauté, add 100 cl of hot water, pepper, and boil for 10 minutes
Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes
Serve with toasted bread
