Clam Soup is a delicious dish of Mediterranean origin, typical of Italian cuisine. Frozen clams are cooked together with garlic, chili pepper, parsley, celery, green bell pepper and peeled tomatoes, all seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper. Once ready, the soup is served with slices of stale bread to accompany the tasty clam broth.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with garlic and chili pepper
Add the clams and sauté to infuse flavor
In a clay pot heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add a chopped mix of parsley, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes
Season with salt, sauté, add 100 cl of hot water, season with pepper and boil for 10 minutes
Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes
Serve with toasted bread
