Preparation

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with garlic and chili pepper

Add the clams and let them absorb the flavors

In an earthenware pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add a mixture of parsley, bell pepper, celery, and tomatoes

Add salt, sauté, extend with 100 cl of hot water, add pepper, and boil for 10 minutes
