Clam Soup is a delicious dish of Mediterranean origin, typical of Italian cuisine. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with garlic and chili pepper
Add the clams and let them absorb the flavors
In an earthenware pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add a mixture of chopped parsley, bell pepper, celery, and tomatoes
Add salt, sauté, extend with 100 cl of hot water, add pepper, and boil for 10 minutes
Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes
Serve with toasted bread
