

Curry cod fillets are a tasty and aromatic second course. The curry gives the fish an intense and spicy flavor, perfectly complementing the delicacy of the cod. The fillets are cooked in a pan with olive oil and a small onion, then enriched with a sauce of peeled tomatoes flavored with bay and thyme. A delicacy to be served hot, accompanied by a side of fresh vegetables.
Sauté a small onion in oil; add half a tablespoon of curry, mix and add the peeled tomatoes, a pinch of thyme, a bay leaf; cook the sauce for about ten minutes
Add the still frozen fish to the sauce, salt it and continue cooking over low heat for 15 minutes
